Our cases and screen protectors are designed to provide "maximum reasonable" protection to keep our environmental footprint as small as possible.
We stand behind our products, which is why we have decided to offer our customers a screen repair promise starting July 1, 2020, under the following conditions.
To qualify for our screen protection promises, the following conditions must be met:
You purchased an Oceanmata Case after 01.07.2021
&
You purchased an Oceanmata screen protector after July 1, 2021.
You must be a confirmed Oceanmata Case buyer by meeting the condition below:
You must have purchased your Oceanmata Case from the webshop oceanmata.com.
Your screen must not have been scratched before purchasing an Oceanmata case.
You must submit a valid screen repair form with all required information, including a photo of the damaged screen and the repair receipt with payment method.

Please return the form along with your repair receipt and a photo of the damaged screen.
We always issue refunds on Wednesdays, excluding holidays, and only via PayPal.
Additional terms and conditions:
We repair 1 screen per device and customer.
We cover a maximum of €150 for a screen repair.
The screen protector warranty only covers the front phone screen and not any other parts.
